What began as a small step by our founder, K. Renuka Raju, has evolved into a powerful mission to reshape the future of education. Established Lotus National Schools (LNS).
2004-2015

Professional Enhancement Program (PEP) for training LNS teachers.
2007

School-to-Career Program launch at Ravindra Bharati.
2009

Launch of two initiatives for students: School Experience for the Development of Skill Sets (SEDSS) for group work and Student Learning Portfolio (SLP) for individual work.
2009-2018

Training Anganwadi Workers (AWW) in use of ECCE curricular tool: Picture Reading Flip Book, in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
2012

School Management and Leadership training for 218 principals of AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (APSWREIS).
2012

A series of 4 Conferences titled Technical and Career Oriented Education (TCOE) organized in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, to expose students to competencies required and employment opportunities in various sectors.
2013

– Report on AWW training titled Right Start to School was presented to the Department of Women Development and Child Welfare, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh
2015

Ms. K. Renuka Raju publication titled National Skills Qualification Framework in India: Policy, Processes and Platforms for Program Delivery was launched by Hon’ble Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India.

Reading Comprehension Assessment (RCA) program launched in LNS in physical format
2016

An EKSAQ team visited Melbourne University’s Assessment Research Center to study the 21 st Century CoreSkills initiative.
2017

Ms. K. Renuka Raju publication titled Indian Certificate of Applied Learning (ICAL) for College and Career Readiness and Preparation: The Need Articulation for Quality Education and Skills was launched by Prof. S. Rajput, Educationist, Padma Shree Awardee and former Director, NCERT, and Prof. T.V.Kattimani, former VC, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak and present VC, Central Tribal Universityof Andhra Pradesh.

Conducted a two-day national Webinar jointly with UNESCO, Delhi on 21 st Century Transformation in Education and Skills.

Conducted a series of 6 Webinars titled Meeting of Minds to discuss, debate and have a dialogue on the role of the District Economy on education and the impact of education on economic development.

Ms. Renuka Raju

Chairperson & Managing Director

K. Renuka Raju holds a Master’s degree in Education and Allied Professions from the University of Toledo, USA. She is an innovative and pioneering educational entrepreneur with a passion for transforming learning environments in India.

She serves as the Chairperson and Managing Director of EKSAQ India Private Limited, an Edtech startup championing the cause of quality in India’s education and skills landscape. With 35 years of experience in the education sector, she is a trailblazer in implementing several initiatives that have reshaped educational practices.

Renuka Raju is the visionary behind establishing Lotus National Schools (LNS) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. These budget schools are affiliated to CBSE and are committed to academic excellence. She has implemented rigorous academic standards, innovative interventions, and technology integration strategies to enhance student learning and engagement in LNS.

Throughout her career as an educationist, she has contributed several articles and publications sharing crucial insights and advancing discourse on topics of interest to stakeholders. These publications reflect her commitment to improving education quality and preparing students for real-life challenges. Renuka Raju has been a member of several state and national committees, organized and attended national and international conferences and workshops.

Currently she is engaged in furthering and enhancing the academic offerings through various services, products, processes, and strategies to meet the 21st century evolving stakeholder requirements. She is dedicated to advancing thought leadership initiatives to shape the future of learning and competencies development.
