K. Renuka Raju holds a Master's degree in Education and Allied Professions from the University of Toledo, USA. She is an innovative and pioneering educational entrepreneur with a passion for transforming learning environments in India. She serves as the Chairperson and Managing Director of EKSAQ India Private Limited, an Edtech startup championing the cause of quality in India's education and skills landscape. With 35 years of experience in the education sector, she is a trailblazer in implementing several initiatives that have reshaped educational practices.
K. Renuka Raju is the visionary behind establishing Lotus National Schools (LNS) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
She has implemented rigorous academic standards, innovative interventions, and technology integration strategies to enhance student learning and engagement in LNS. Throughout her career as an educationist, she has contributed several articles and publications sharing crucial insights and advancing discourse on topics of interest to stakeholders. She has actively engaged with school and higher education stakeholders through discussions, consultations, and policy dialogues on the National Education Policy (NEP). In recognition of her valuable contributions, she received a special mention in the drafting of the policy. Currently she is engaged in furthering and enhancing the academic offerings through various services, products, processes, and strategies to meet the 21st century evolving stakeholder requirements.
