Area Manager

About this job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager with 5-10 years of operations and territory management experience. You will oversee the successful implementation and adoption of EKSAQ products across schools in your assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while building long-term relationships with school leaders and government officials.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations and territory performance across multiple school districts in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and local government officials.
• Oversee the implementation and training of EKSAQ products to ensure maximum adoption and impact.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of field executives and support staff.
• Monitor regional performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective operational solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and support to partner schools.
