HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee HR operations, and design and implement effective training & development programs to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across all functions.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and generate hiring reports for management.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and other operational matters.

3. Training & Development

• Identify training needs in consultation with department heads and conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Design, plan, and execute training programs for skill enhancement, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Coordinate with external trainers and internal subject matter experts to deliver training sessions.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
• Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports for management.

4. Statutory & Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Provident Fund (PF) Act, Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Act, Gratuity Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
• Manage all statutory filings, documentation, and submissions related to payroll, benefits, and employee records.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal obligations.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and regulatory requirements and implement necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
• Experience in designing and conducting training programs.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in human resource management or related field.
• 5 – 8 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on recruitment, operations, compliance and training.
• Experience in EdTech is preferred.
