Instructional Designer

About this job

We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Instructional Designer with 3-6 years of professional experience to join our Academic team in Telangana. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of pedagogy, learning theories, and the ADDIE model. You will be responsible for creating engaging K-12 learning materials, digitizing curriculum, and collaborating closely with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into accessible, interactive digital content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive K-12 curriculum frameworks and digital learning modules.
• Apply the ADDIE model and adult/child learning theories to create engaging and effective instructional materials.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate domain knowledge into interactive digital content.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visual guidelines for multimedia content development.
• Review and refine existing educational content for alignment with NEP 2020 and other educational standards.
• Develop formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes effectively.
• Continuously research and integrate new educational technologies and pedagogical trends into learning solutions.
