Research Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our Research & Development team in Telangana. You will be responsible for evaluating educational trends, measuring the efficacy of our K-12 learning products, and collecting field data from partner schools. Your insights will directly influence our product development roadmap and help us build scalable solutions that improve student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate the effectiveness of EKSAQ educational products.
- Analyze student performance data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and areas for product improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational research, pedagogical trends, and National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines.
- Collaborate with the product and academic teams to translate research findings into actionable product features.
- Design surveys, assessment rubrics, and feedback mechanisms for teachers and students.
- Prepare detailed research reports, case studies, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
