We are an Education Services K-12 start-up that provides solutions in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, Core skills, Reading Comprehension and Writing Competency to schools and state governments. We aim to use Artificial Intelligence, and multimedia tools to productise the content developed for students in K-12. Our mission is to provide quality education to students using cutting-edge technology tools, enabling them to excel in their academic journey and substantially improve learning outcomes with a judicious mix of hybrid delivery and smart use of cutting-edge technologies.

Position Overview:
We seek an impact-oriented, high-performing individual to drive new business sales across different regions for one of our major business units. The Area Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our services within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

➒ Strategy Development: Devise and execute a comprehensive strategy for overall business development within the assigned area.
➒ Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with Regional Managers to meet or exceed assigned area sales targets.
➒ Sales Funnel Management: Effectively manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities.
➒ Key Account Management: Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
➒ Cross-departmental coordination: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure the smooth execution of the sales cycle.
➒ Regional Travel: Travel across the region to drive market penetration, including in remote areas.

Qualification and Experience:
➒ Experience: 6-9 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education industry.
➒ Education: MBA degree preferred.
➒ Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities; highly organized and efficient.
➒ Travel: Willingness to travel daily, at least 50-70 km locally.
➒ Vehicle: Must have a personal vehicle (2/4-wheeler) for official travel.
➒ Mindset: End-to-end ownership with a bias for action and a ‘get it done vs. wait for perfection’ attitude.
Location: Chennai/ Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ludhiana.
